 Transportation Division Director, Berlin

Come work where you come to play! Tri-County CAP, located in the heart of the White Mountains in Berlin, NH. Is looking for a Division Director for the Transportation division. The Division Director leads services related to the implementation of Transportation programs according to agency philosophy, goals, and values, based on federal, state, and local laws. The Director will have strong supervisory, leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the transportation team. Responsible for recruiting and hiring staff personnel for Transportation. Lead efforts for fundraising in cooperation with other members of the management team. This position will report to the COO.

Requirements include:  Strong business and fiscal background. Grant writing, ability to develop and administer the budget for transportation. Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5-8 years of similar experience. Workplace Success Program Specialist, Littleton

Want to make a real difference in the lives of single parents working to make better lives for themselves and their children? Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Program Specialist to join the NHEP Workplace Success Team. Working in a classroom environment in our Littleton NH Career Centers and using an extensive and proven curriculum, you will help parents receiving public assistance with career planning, job search, gaining vocational skills, and much more. You may also develop career-related Work Experience and On-the-Job Training opportunities with area employers for program participants. Strong customer service and communications skills a must. Reliable transportation required.

Tri County Transit is looking for a part-time driver in the Carroll County area. Substance Abuse Counselor/ LADAC

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be New Hampshire Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.
Must have a minimum of a BA Degree in the Human Services Field or three years experience as an educator, caseworker or counselor in the substance abuse field.
Requires a working knowledge of the disease of all drug dependency, the progression of all chemical dependency and the 12 Step Program of Recovery.
Must be able to perform job responsibilities under stressful conditions.
Proven knowledge of the treatment continuum of care and referral sources along with the capacity to relate to individual customers in a firm, supportive and caring manner.
Must have the ability to perform job description with minimal supervision.
Must have experience with dually diagnosed customers.

Guardian, Concord

Tri-County CAP is recruiting a Staff Guardian for our Concord, NH office. Job Duties include providing advocacy and making informed decisions on behalf of incapacitated individuals. The selected candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidentiality is a must. Knowledge of the NH service delivery system is a plus.

Coos County ServiceLink, Berlin

The Options counselor provides assistance to caregivers, veterans, people with disabilities, elders and the general population to connect to resources with support and guidance. The Option counselor provides person-centered needs assessments, counseling and referrals, preliminary care planning and short term tracking based on the consumer’s needs, preferences and situation, for persons in need of support and services.

Education needed is some college education in human or health care services or related field. This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week.
