Accounting Administrative Assistant, Berlin

This position will be responsible for preparation and review of cash receipts for all incoming payments. Will be responsible for posting all general ledger entries for the Accounting department. Responsible for organizing, tracking, and maintenance of the contract spreadsheet as well as assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end contract reconciliations. In charge of or assists with projects for department and organization. Includes backup for others including telephone coverage.

Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years office experience with bookkeeping or accounting software. Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a busy environment. A team player is essential. This is a full-time position with generous benefits and leave package.

Transportation Operations Manager, Berlin 

Tri-County CAP is looking for an Operations Manager for our Transportation Division. The Operations Manager directs and problem solves the day-to-day support of transit operations for safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. Works to coordinate services with other providers. Works with the director to prepare financial and statistical reports and obtain funding to sustain system support. Requirements include: An associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

Experience with developing, and administering budgets. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Guardian, Concord

Tri-County CAP is recruiting a Staff Guardian for our Concord, NH office. Job Duties include providing advocacy and making informed decisions on behalf of incapacitated individuals. The selected candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidentiality is a must.
