Homeless Intervention and Prevention Program Manager
The Homeless Intervention and Prevention Program Manager must be both a strategist and strong manager with the ability to lead and inspire staff. A passion for preventing homelessness and working with community partners is key, as is being respectful and compassionate. Duties include but are not limited to: Direct supervisor of the Homeless Intervention Specialist and Homeless Shelter employees.
The Program Manager is responsible for the administration of all homeless initiatives, compliance with homeless regulations and standards and recording required statistics. Program Manager will be actively involved in the budgeting process for the Homeless Programs. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services is preferred. Associates Degree in Human Services required, 4 years’ experience in the Human Services field with 2 being managerial may be substituted. Tri-County CAP is looking for a self-motivated highly dependable, Full-Time Administrative Assistant (AA) in the Prevention Services Department This position will provide support services to the Prevention Services Division Director. The AA will also complete weekly accounts payable function, coding data, data entry, bi-weekly payroll submission, and resolving problems with vendors and staff. Duties include, but are not limited to Answering phones for the Prevention Department. Light bookkeeping/accounting duties. Support for monthly financial report information. Producing, reviewing and submitting department timesheets and expense reimbursements in a timely manner. Requirements include an HS diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years similar experience. Community Contact Office Coordinator, Ashland
Oversee the day to day office functions of Intake and program services for Energy Assistance Programs, to include conducting and completing phone interviews, mail applications, and making home visits, providing community outreach as specific site locations, ensuring low-income residents have access to energy programs available through TCCAP, and assisting with other organization and community assistance fund applications
Hire capable and competent staff, ensuring appropriate training; supervising and providing disciplinary action when necessary in conjunction with the Program Manager.
Develop positive public relations and communications within the catchment area of the Outreach Office, attending and participating in Local Area Resource Team meetings and other collaboration opportunities. Full time benefited position.
