Homeless Intervention and Prevention Program Manager

The Homeless Intervention and Prevention Program Manager must be both a strategist and strong manager with the ability to lead and inspire staff. A passion for preventing homelessness and working with community partners is key, as is being respectful and compassionate. Duties include but are not limited to: Direct supervisor of the Homeless Intervention Specialist and Homeless Shelter employees.

The Program Manager is responsible for the administration of all homeless initiatives, compliance with homeless regulations and standards and recording required statistics. Program Manager will be actively involved in the budgeting process for the Homeless Programs. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services is preferred. Associates Degree in Human Services required, 4 years’ experience in the Human Services field with 2 being managerial may be substituted. Custodian, Tamworth

Tri-County CAP is looking for a custodian to perform general cleaning for our two buildings in Tamworth. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning offices, common areas, bathrooms, and kitchens. Garbage removal, light snow removal and/or salting during the winter months. Hours are flexible, approximately 12 hours per week during evenings and/or weekends. 1 -3 years’ experience preferred. Administrative Assistant, Littleton 

Tri-County CAP is looking for a self-motivated highly dependable, Full-Time Administrative Assistant (AA) in the Prevention Services Department This position will provide support services to the Prevention Services Division Director. The AA will also complete weekly accounts payable function, coding data, data entry, bi-weekly payroll submission, and resolving problems with vendors and staff. Duties include, but are not limited to Answering phones for the Prevention Department. Light bookkeeping/accounting duties. Support for monthly financial report information. Producing, reviewing and submitting department timesheets and expense reimbursements in a timely manner. Requirements include an HS diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years similar experience. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal skills, detailed oriented with the ability to work well with others. Meals Worker, Whitefield

Senior Meals is seeking an energetic person to work in our Whitfield Senior Meals location. Some experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment desired. This is a part-time 20 hour a week position. Guardian, Whitefield & Concord

Tri-County CAP is recruiting a Staff Guardian for our Concord, and Whitefield, NH office. Job Duties include providing advocacy and making informed decisions on behalf of incapacitated individuals. The selected candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidentiality is a must. Knowledge of the NH service delivery system is a plus.

Community Contact Office Coordinator, Ashland

Oversee the day to day office functions of Intake and program services for Energy Assistance Programs, to include conducting and completing phone interviews, mail applications, and making home visits, providing community outreach as specific site locations, ensuring low-income residents have access to energy programs available through TCCAP, and assisting with other organization and community assistance fund applications

Hire capable and competent staff, ensuring appropriate training; supervising and providing disciplinary action when necessary in conjunction with the Program Manager.

Develop positive public relations and communications within the catchment area of the Outreach Office, attending and participating in Local Area Resource Team meetings and other collaboration opportunities. Full time benefited position.
