Weatherization & Employment Program Manager

This position is responsible for overall site operations and team process management including performance measurement, training and coordination of training for all staff, management of subcontractors, public education, public awareness, community and provider relations, program reviews and quality oversight.

The position will provide oversite and accountability of Program administration and day-to-day operations of the programs, ensuring regulation and grant compliance. The position will manage fiscal operations in conjunction with Division Director. Works with program funders, agency departments and auditors to ensure proper compliance. Accurate submission and coordination of reports to appropriate funders and departments.

The position is 40 hours/week and based in Berlin NH. Requirements include competency with Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook, experience with multiline phone systems a plus, knowledge of construction terms and basic accounting is desirable.

Requirements:2-year technical degree or equivalent preferred or 3-5 year’s similar experience. Able to work in a normal work environment with minimal physical exertion. Please send resume to: Jerry Milliken, Wx Division Director, jmilliken@tccap.org

Part Time Driver Wanted, Littleton

Tri-County Transit, a division of Tri County Community Action Program, Inc. is looking for a driver to operate a wheelchair accessible bus in the Littleton area. This is a part-time 20 hour per week position with some benefits. Successful applicants must clear pre-employment drug testing. Starting pay is $10.00 per hour. Guardian, Whitefield & Concord

Tri-County CAP is recruiting a Staff Guardian for our Concord, and Whitefield, NH office. Job Duties include providing advocacy and making informed decisions on behalf of incapacitated individuals. The selected candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidentiality is a must. Knowledge of the NH service delivery system is a plus.
