Homeless Outreach Intervention Specialist Part-Time, Grafton County

Tri County CAP is seeking a Homeless Outreach Intervention Specialist for Grafton County; duties include working with unsheltered homeless persons, including those with mental illness, to gain shelter/housing; must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and computer skills; ability to work independently; frequent travel in Grafton County required; prior human services experience/education preferred. Associate Teacher, Head Start Conway Area Program

Applicant must currently have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in ECE (which includes 3 credits in Child Growth and Development) or be enrolled in a program leading to one of these credentials with a minimum of nine credits in ECE, 3 of which must be in Child Growth & Development.

This is a full-time 35hrs/wk for a 40 wk/yr benefited position. Medical benefits available after 60 days & paid school vacations and sick leave as accrued.

Applicant must currently have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in ECE (which includes 3 credits in Child Growth and Development) or be enrolled in a program leading to one of these credentials with a minimum of nine credits in ECE, 3 of which must be in Child Growth & Development.

Requires skills in cooking in quantity, the ability to manage food services, complete necessary records and work with young children and their families. Family Worker Tri-County CAP, Head Start Colebrook and Groveton Area Programs

A degree in Human Services is preferred for this position as well as knowledge and experience of the human and medical services in the community. Candidate should have the ability to form partnerships with families and community agencies in order to improve services to families. Good organizational, time management, communication, record keeping and computer skills are required. This is a full-time, up to 35 hrs./wk., and up to 39 wks./yr. position. Salary is $12.71/hr. Homeless Shelter Relief Staff, Lancaster

Seeking responsible person to provide per-diem coverage of homeless shelter located in Lancaster, NH. Ability to work day, evening, overnights, and weekends a must.High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Guardian, Concord

Tri-County CAP is recruiting a Staff Guardian for our Concord, NH office. Job Duties include providing advocacy and making informed decisions on behalf of incapacitated individuals. The selected candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidentiality is a must. Knowledge of the NH service delivery system is a plus.
