Director of Business Operations, Berlin

Tri-County CAP is looking for an experienced Director of Business Operations. Come work where you can make a difference! This position will be responsible for reviewing agency contracts, including grant oversight, and other legal documents. Our Business Director needs to have a strong background in operational management and implementation of tactical fiscal strategies with an emphasis on performance improvement. We will look to the Business Director to develop effective business models and develop program pro formas.

The Director of Business Operations will be part of our Senior Management Team and work closely with the CEO CFO and Division Directors to plan, coordinate, direct and evaluate business practices conducive to growing agency success. The ideal candidate will have proven communication skills, with a record of business diplomacy in past positions. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 7 – 10 years’ managerial experience, preferably in a non-profit organization. Dental Front Desk Receptionist (Tamworth, NH)

Our growing Dental Practice is looking for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will attend to patients on the phone and in person. Coordinate and organize appointments and administration to facilitate the efficient operation of The Dental Center.

This position is an excellent growth opportunity to learn the foundations of office management. Our receptionist will greet patients, enter new patient information, review office protocols for new patients to assist them in appointment procedures. The receptionist will receive payment of services and schedule any follow up procedures. The receptionist will also organize any referral to outside medical specialist.

Candidate must have 1-3 years’ reception experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience with Dentrix software strongly preferred. Flexibility and the ability to work as a team are a must. A working understanding and adherence to HIPAA requirements are a must.

This full-time position offers excellent benefits including health and dental insurance and paid holidays and annual leave after an introductory period (90 days or less). Salary commensurate with experience

Meals Worker Senior Meals, Berlin

Meals Worker Senior Meals is seeking an energetic person to work in our Berlin Senior Meals kitchen 3 – 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment desired. This is a part-time 24 -29 hour a week position. Paid holidays, vacation and sick time. Must have your own reliable transportation with insurance and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Dental Hygienist, Tamworth 

Busy, modern, paperless practice, looking for an experienced Dental Hygienist. The Dental Center has an opening for an experienced Dental Hygienist to work part-time on Thursdays from 7:45am to 5:00 pm. More days possible in the future. Duties include but are not limited to, Greeting patients in a professional manner, seating and answering any questions. Preparing treatment room, maintaining dental hygiene instruments and equipment. Perform prophylaxis, apply sealants and fluoride treatments. Education to patients in the latest techniques of dental hygiene.

Candidate must have a two-year degree and licensed to practice dental hygiene with 1 to 3 years’ experience. Candidate must be Radiology certified, Good interpersonal skills are a must. Tri-County CAP is looking for representative payee in our Guardianship program in Whitefield NH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of client funds. This position requires an organized individual with people skills and works well as a team member. IT Technician, Berlin

IT Technician Tri-County CAP is looking for an IT Technician Tri-County CAP currently has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced IT Technician. The role of our IT Technician will be to keep the network and computing systems operating efficiently and assure that computing standards are implemented and enforced. You will also extend IT support services to staff and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Work on several assignments, performing support across a large range of existing project activities.

Uphold existing systems plus create, evaluate and implement enhancements according to requirements.

Train users to understand and utilize software according to system requirements.

Test, modify, and install programs for a variety of applications.

Complete analysis of systems, including diagnosis and fault correction.

Recognize and devise process improvement opportunities.

Provide Hardware, Software, and Network troubleshooting and remediation

With upper-management, develop and adhere to the IT budget.

You will need:

An Associate’s degree in IT, or equivalent experience.

2-3 years’ experience in IT.

Experience working in a customer-driven IT role where you work with the business to establish and understand requirements, and deliver effective outcomes

List of current active certifications

Reliable transportation as this position does require some travel.
