Substance Abuse Counselor/ LADAC

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Must be New Hampshire Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor.
  2. Must have a minimum of a BA Degree in the Human Services Field or three years experience as an educator, caseworker or counselor in the substance abuse field.
  3. Requires a working knowledge of the disease of all drug dependency, the progression of all chemical dependency and the 12 Step Program of Recovery.
  4. Must be able to perform job responsibilities under stressful conditions.
  5. Proven knowledge of the treatment continuum of care and referral sources along with the capacity to relate to individual customers in a firm, supportive and caring manner.
  6. Must have the ability to perform job description with minimal supervision.
  7. Must have experience with dually diagnosed customers.

Guardian, Concord

Tri-County CAP is recruiting a Staff Guardian for our Concord, NH. office. Job Duties include providing advocacy and making informed decisions on behalf of incapacitated individuals. The selected candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidentiality is a must. Knowledge of the NH service delivery system is a plus.

Requirements: BA in Human Services or equivalent experience. Travel required. Computer literate.

Meals Worker Senior Meals, Colebrook

Meals Worker Senior Meals is seeking an energetic person to work part time in our Colebrook Senior Meals kitchen Some experience in a fast paced kitchen environment desired. This is a part time position. Must have your own reliable transportation with insurance and able to lift up to 50 pounds. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
