TCCAP Seeks Board Representation

Tri-County Community Action Program, Inc., (TCCAP) a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing health and human services in Coos, Carroll and Grafton Counties, is currently recruiting for Volunteers to serve on our Board of Directors. Tri-County Community Action Program’s mission is to provide opportunities to strengthen communities by improving the lives of low to moderate income individuals and families.

The Tri-County Community Action Program Board of Directors is a tri-partite board comprised of leaders from three specific sectors of the communities we serve: elected officials, members of the business, private, and non-profit community, and service users or those who are able to represent service users. We are seeking representation from all three sectors in each of the three counties we serve.

Our board members meet monthly for a 2 hour zoom call and champion the importance of providing sustainable services to those in need in our community. Board members provide strong leadership and good governance as well as oversight for the ethical delivery of services and responsible stewardship of public and private funds. In addition to the standard roles and responsibilities of a board member, our board members are ambassadors for the organization and actively advance the mission of TCCAP and Community Action as a whole.
