NH’s
Family Caregivers are at risk! National research shows that Family
Caregivers often put their own health in danger while they provide care that
allows frail and disabled older adults to continue living at home. The
ServiceLink Resource Centers in western NH provide significant support to
Family Caregivers through the NH Family Caregiver Program.
Additionally,
there are many local service providers in each region committed to
supporting Family Caregivers.
But,
for the kind of day-to-day support that most Family Caregivers need . . .
much more
help is needed.
Caregiver Connections is an endeavor to educate and unite neighbors,
business owners, retirees, teachers, the faith community and others, to
provide support and assistance to Family Caregivers.
Visit the Caregiver Connections website for more information.
Get involved!
