PURSE BINGO TO BENEFIT LONG DISTANCE MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

Enjoy a fun night out with your friends while playing for fabulous purses by the designer brands you love, totaling over $2,900, all while supporting a great cause!

Money raised from the event will support Tri-County Transit’s Long Distance Medical Program, which provides the disabled and elderly population with safe, affordable and dependable non-emergency long-distance medical transportation in the Tri-State area. A steadily increasing population of elderly and disabled people in northern New Hampshire results in unnecessarily high costs to transport loved ones by ambulance or even worse, they don’t receive the treatment they need. The LDM program helps to provide families cost-effective and safe transportation for their elderly and disabled loved ones.

Our medical transport team is composed entirely of volunteers. They donate their time and use of their personal vehicles to give back to their community while receiving $0.53 per mile reimbursement. Volunteer drivers are an important component of our operations, helping us increase access to healthcare. Tri-County Transit volunteer drivers perform an average of 70 long distance medical trips per month.

The Designer Purse Bingo will be held at the White Mountain Chalet, on East Milan Road on Friday, May 4th. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the event commences at 7:00 p.m. Admission price is $20 in advance or $25 at the door and includes bingo cards for each of the 12 games and an entry into the door prize raffle.
