Get out of town with the Berlin Senior Center Trip to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains

Berlin, N.H. (PRESS RELEASE) – The Berlin Senior Center & the Coos County Senior Meals, Entrance located at the corner of Coos & Cheshire Street in Berlin New Hampshire announces their spring trip.  Coos County Senior Meals serves nearly 130,000 nutritious meals to seniors at our 15 congregate meal sites and home deliveries, in addition to the other social programs and trips that North Country seniors enjoyed. Approximately 1,600 seniors participated in our programs, and 145 volunteered their time.

Socialization and fighting loneliness is as worthy a goal as the nutrition aspect of the meals. Many of our seniors tell us this is the only social contact they may encounter in the course of a week. The socialization continues with the seasonal trips that are designed to further the fun and travel adventures for any age.

These fun filled trips open to not only seniors but age 21 and up.  This spring the group will venture out April 22, through April 30th to the Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains.  You can save your spot for $75.
